Sheikh ‘Abdul-‘Azeez bin ‘Abdillah bin Baaz, may Allah have mercy on him, said:

“The wet-dream (whilst fasting) does not spoil the fast because it is not from the choice of the slave. However, it is upon him to have the ritual bath (ghusl) for sexual defilement (janaabah) if semen comes out of him.”
